Borneo's rain forest is one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth. It is home to thousands of types of plants and hundreds of animal species. About 90% of all orangutans live on the island of Borneo, which is divided between Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei. The rest live on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. Orangutans spend most of their lives climbing, eating and sleeping in the forest canopy.
